Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 13 February 2026

These draft terms set out the basis on which Aquatek Services Ltd provides plumbing, heating, drainage, vacuum tanker and exterior cleaning services. They are published for operational clarity and are subject to final legal review before launch sign-off.

1. About these terms

By requesting a quote, booking works, or using this website, you agree to these terms as applicable to your enquiry or job.

2. Service scope

Service scope is confirmed in writing through estimates, quotes, work orders or booking confirmations. Any additional works are treated as variations and may affect price and programme.

3. Quotes and pricing

  • Quotes are based on available information at the time of issue.
  • Further access findings, hidden defects or scope changes may require repricing.
  • Unless stated otherwise, quotes are typically valid for 30 days.

4. Bookings and access

Customers must provide safe access, relevant permissions and accurate site information. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions or incomplete information may result in rescheduling and additional cost.

5. Emergency callouts

Emergency support is triaged by urgency and location. Initial attendance may include make-safe actions followed by planned remedial works where required.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service details and contact information.
  • Ensure site access and clear working areas where practical.
  • Inform us of hazards, restrictions or third-party dependencies.

7. Invoicing and payment

Payment terms are confirmed on quotations or invoices. Late payments may lead to recovery action and statutory charges where permitted by law.

8. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to change a booking, contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations or aborted visits may be chargeable where resources were allocated and travel/attendance has already been committed.

9. Liability and limitations

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law. Subject to legal requirements, liability is limited to the value of services supplied for the relevant job and direct foreseeable loss only.

10. Guarantees and third-party products

Manufacturer warranties remain with the product manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Service outcomes depend on site condition, existing systems and access to full scope at the time of attendance.

11. Complaints and issue resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of service delivery, contact us promptly at enquiries@aquatekservices.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
